Spice - If kept in quite warm conditions you may see some orange crystals form which are from the orange rind as we push it a long way into the tails to get the taste profile, simply shake it up, and they disappear - It's Magic!! - Rob loves it in a Negroni, G & T with Bickfords Dry tonic or Capi Blood Orange is worth a try both with a fresh slice of orange!!
