Myrtle Gin

A clean, fresh gin. The heavy citrus flavours come from fresh lime rind and lemon myrtle. The addition of aniseed myrtle and pink peppercorns give a warm finish.

Myrtle was our first gin, it was a clear vision in Robin's head, and she developed it for a G&T which for her is 30ml Gin to 90ml Bickfords Dry Tonic and a slice of fresh lemon. (but of course everyone has their favourite)
It has since become the base for a number of cocktails we do at our shows and is a real hit in a 
Ginger Mule 30ml gin, 125ml Bickfords Dry Ginger Ale and a slice of fresh lime.
